Refund and cancellation policy
- In the event than an item is flawed or damaged upon delivery please contact us as soon as you receive it to discuss and return and replacement or refund.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please apply for cancellation within 24 hours.
- The returned items must be in new, unused, condition and in its original packing.
- You can create exchange for products purchased within specified return/exchange period.

Orders and delivery
- Khetionline.in will deliver the goods your order to the address you specify in your order within the agreed time frame, subject to their availability.
- Once the goods are delivered to you, you will own them and it is your responsibility if they are lost or damaged.
- Each order is governed by the terms and conditions current when the order is placed.
- Offers are valid only in India

Shipping policy
- Product will be delivered in selected cities that are serviceable by us. We encourage you to check for the delivery location coverage before you place the order.
- Our logistic team will contact you for the delivery. Once an order is placed we will not entertain any special request (e.g. for change of delivery address or insistence on specific time for delivery).
- We strive to deliver product in excellent condition and in fastest time possible.
- If any order is cancelled,we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges.
